For employers

An extension of your HR team.

You are not buying a stack of CVs. You are buying the judgment that decides which three people are worth your time — and the honesty to tell you when the brief, not the market, is the problem.

The wrong senior hire doesn't cost you a salary. It costs you the eighteen months your team spends working around them.

Good people start routing decisions elsewhere. Meetings get longer because nobody wants to be the one to say it. By the time it's obvious enough to act on, the damage isn't a vacancy — it's a team that learned to compensate. That is the risk we are actually being hired to manage.

Services

Three ways we work, depending on what's actually broken

01

Executive search

Leadership appointments where the shortlist matters more than the pipeline. We map the market directly, approach people who aren't looking, and present three or four candidates with a written case for each.

  • Direct market mapping and approach
  • Structured assessment against a written brief
  • Referencing before offer, not after
02

Specialist technical hiring

Engineering, data, AI and platform roles that keyword matching cannot fill. Our consultants can hold the technical conversation, so the shortlist arrives already filtered on substance.

  • Technical screening by people who understand the work
  • Assessment of judgment, not just stack familiarity
  • Contract, contract-to-hire or permanent
03

Embedded recruiting

Our recruiters work inside your process, on your tools, under your employer brand — for a defined engagement. You get capacity now and a stronger process when we leave.

  • Full-cycle recruiters inside your team
  • Process and tooling improved, then handed over
  • Built for new sites, GCCs and step-change hiring
The engagement

What working with us actually looks like

Straight talk

What we won't do

Most of what makes a search go badly is agreed in the first week. These are the things we hold to, and the reasons why.

  • Send you volume to look busy

If we have three candidates worth your time, you get three. A long shortlist usually means the brief was never resolved.

  • Take a brief we don't believe in

If the role as written cannot be filled at that level, in that market, at that number, we will say so before you pay us anything.

  • Go quiet when it's going badly

Slow searches happen. You will hear about it from us in week three, with a reason and a change of approach — not in week nine when you ask.

  • Treat candidates as inventory

The people we place today are the people we want to call in five years. Everyone hears back, including the ones we turn down.

Tell us the role you can't get wrong

A consultant will come back within one working day. The first conversation is a scoping call, not a pitch — if we're not the right partner for this brief, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better.

  • Executive, specialist and volume mandates
  • India, Middle East and remote-first teams
  • Retained, embedded or contingent engagements
